About VedaCard
First conceived in 2008, VedaCard’s creators envisioned a playing card deck that would fulfill their interest in science, history and games. In 2015 VedaCard’s first two decks, Scientists Series 1 & 2, hit the market. Since then, the VedaCard family of products has grown to include a new deck, the Old West Series, and some companion products, like posters.
We chose the name VedaCard in reference to the sanskrit word “Veda” meaning “knowledge”. In the spirit of learning and curiosity, our goal is to bring you knowledge while having fun playing with friends and family. From a passion to a mission, VedaCard remains focused on bringing history to curious minds while enjoying a fun game of cards. Our audience is wide reaching and VedaCard is perfect for children to play, homeschooling parents, teachers/educators as well as friends enjoying a game night together.
